Manufacturing
The HySSIL™ product mix formulation consists
of readily available cementitious materials but not crushed rock
aggregates.
The patented manufacturing process uses a controlled batching
process and a purpose designed mixer to create a consistent mix
quality. Moulds are similar to those used in conventional pre-cast
concrete.
Conventional curing techniques such as wet curing or low pressure
steam can be used for HySSIL™.
