HySSIL Cost of Plant & Equipment

The costs of establishing a HySSIL production facility are inexpensive due to the small scale practical for the economic production of HySSIL products and are comparable with conventional precast concrete facilities.

 

The costs are less than one tenth of the costs of establishing competitive production plants such as an autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) facility, due to the elimination of the autoclaving process.

 

For existing concrete precast manufacturers, the cost of implementing a HySSIL production line will be minimised through the availability of existing plant and equipment that can be utilised in the HySSIL production process.

 

HySSIL, as part of the technology transfer will assist new licensees in the design of a purpose built HySSIL production facility to meet the needs of the intended market.
